In times of scarce liquid funds and tough competition, it is particularly important to establish a professionally functioning controlling system within the company. Is it always necessary, especially in the case of SMEs, to employ your own controller, especially as suitable specialists are not really available on the market? The solution can be to work with an external controller 😊
Based on my expierence in Controlling Service for SME’s in Germany I’ll try to give You some examples howe to support the better decision making trough work with an external controller.
